The architecture committee fulfills the role of the evaluator of proposed modifications to homes in Versalles. It is an official committee of the HOA under the Reglamento Arquitectonicao y del Comite de Architectura de la Asociacion de Residentes Los Versalles, Inc.Â
This committee establishes the minimum design and form that guarantee architectural continuity and compliance with covenants of ownership in Los Versalles.
The curb appeal of the residences at Los Versalles is of high value to residents for aesthetics and for the resale value of the properties. Adherence to the regulations is advantageous to all.
To ensure Los Versalles curb appeal as a community, the Architecture Committee and the Regulations of the HOA have established the following Glidden color scheme for the residences. Deviations to the color scheme must first be approved by the Board with the recommendation of the Architectural Committee.
